Sleepy Hollow Blues Club offers gigs, social events and
venues for blues lovers in the Geelong area, and meets every
second Sunday for a top-class blues session with feature artists,
followed by a regular jam session.
The social events feature a wide variety of local and visiting
musicians, in 2006 they included visiting artists such as The
Detonators, Mojo Webb, Andrew Winton, Fiona Boyes, Anni Piper,
Darren Jack Band, Joe Galea Band, Ray Vanderby and The Raynettes,
Jeff Lang, The Mutley Band, Rory Ellis, Jump Devils, Wolf Gang,
Lil’ Fi, PD Hale and the Blueroom, Mike Elrington, Kevin
Borich, Bo Jenkins – and to mention some of our locals,
Ball & Chain, Stringybark McDowell, Grizzly Bros, Lounge Lizards
and Chubby Rae & The Elevators, Dave Steel & Welcome Wagon
and Wayne Jury & Band
Sleepy Hollow Blues Club was formed in 1994 by a dedicated
group of blues lovers, and has a number of sponsors
that help to keep us up and running.
Gigs & Events
Sleepy Hollow bring you local up & coming as well as established
blues artists.
Jam nights offer feature artists, followed by a jam session,
are at the Trades Hall 127 Myers Street.
